With these past endeavors, Kenny has firsthand experience delivering quality services to clients and understands what it takes to provide clients with value.

Real has worked for several years as a startup lawyer, first at DLA Piper and later at Atrium and Mayfield Venture Law. Prior to that, Real served for four years as a Signal Corps Officer in the United States Army. Real’s clients as an attorney included numerous startup clients, and Real knows the value of providing great service to his clients.

Jeff has also worked for several years as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, before deciding he wanted to pursue a different career path by becoming a real estate appraiser. Our Story
When one of our founders set out to become a real estate appraiser and started as a trainee, it became immediately clear that a lot of an appraiser’s time is wasted with menial data entry tasks. While other services out there assisted with general data entry, there wasn’t a good service that was focused on delivering quality appraisal reports. As a result, we set out to launch Appraisal Saver as a service dedicated to real estate appraisers and that solely focuses on appraisal reports.
Once we understood every aspect of the report, we were able to craft our service to complete reports in a quality manner and eliminate needless errors that plagued other services. Because we are dedicated to appraisal reports only, we understand the ins and outs of the report and know how each section and line item should be completed. We are continuously evolving our service to better serve the needs of each of our clients and provide completed reports exactly the way that client likes it.
